Senior Financial Accountant

VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant to join a global manufacturing company based in Belfast.

This role is ideally suited to qualified accountant with at least 3 years relevant industry experience.

The Role

• Produce and review monthly management accounts
• Lead the Finance team embracing the company culture, values and behaviours and create an environment of continuous improvement
• Extensive experience dealing with ERP systems that the group operates
• Key point of contact for external stakeholders including managing compliance with revenue, government statistical returns and external audit
• Produce budgets & forecasts highlighting key variances to management
• Monitor and review costs and performance against budge

Essential Criteria

• Qualified accountant with min 3 years PQE
• Great spreadsheet and modelling skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Willingness to work to tight deadlines
