VANRATH are delighted to be working in partnership with a global Legal business based in Belfast City Centre to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to manage 3 Finance Managers . You will be instrumental in leading and mentoring a high performing team of 25
Responsibilities:
- To look after our management and financial accounting, business partnering and reporting.
- Planning and production of forecasting cycles, monthly management accounts and statutory accounts.
- Coordinating the annual financial audit.
- Engaging with multiple stakeholders on a regular basis
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Accountant
- Track record of leading high performing accounting teams
- Analytical and methodical approach
- LEADERSHIP - able to delegate, motivate and inspire sizeable teams.
- Personable - engage with senior stakeholders.
- Drive quality and oversee improvements in teams.
Remuneration:
Salary will be tailored to attract the best candidate in the market - up to £90,000 per annum.
