About you
- Extensive experience in family law, with a proven track record of managing complex cases
- Current practising certificate and admission to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland
- Demonstrable leadership skills and experience heading a legal team or department
- Excellent strategic thinking and business development abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic client-focused approach
- Knowledge of relevant case management software; familiarity with LAMS and Children Order Panel is desirable
- Motivated to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the family law department, setting strategic objectives and driving growth
- Oversee a portfolio of complex family law cases, providing expert guidance and support to your team
- Build client relationships, representation, and advocacy at the highest level
- Support business development efforts, including marketing initiatives and client engagement
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment
