Senior Estimator

VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a leader Fit Out contractor who operate across the whole of Ireland. as they look to expand their team and bring in an Estimator for their senior team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping projects for the upcoming years.

What the role looks like:

• Develop tender estimates within specified deadlines.
• Provide advice on value engineering solutions and offer alternatives.
• Attend tender review meetings with clients.
• Coordinate pre-qualification questionnaires and submissions.
• Participate in supply chain activities, offering performance feedback on active projects.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum five years of relevant experience, preferably in fit-out projects.
• Proficient in interpreting drawings with a keen eye for specialist details.
• Strong understanding of contract documentation and associated risks.
• Efficient in using estimating software.
• Demonstrated experience or a tertiary qualification.
• Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines consistently.
