The Role

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join its thriving and well-regarded property department.

This is a key appointment within the team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a substantial and varied residential conveyancing caseload. The role is ideal for a confident and capable solicitor who enjoys client interaction and wants to play an influential role within an established and successful practice.

You will manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion, working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and fellow professionals to ensure a seamless and efficient service. There is also scope to support and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to the ongoing success and development of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload independently

• Handling transactions from instruction through to post-completion

• Drafting, reviewing, and approving contracts, leases, and associated documentation

• Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties

• Ensuring all matters are progressed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements

• Providing clear, practical, and timely advice to clients

• Supporting the wider property team and contributing to best practice within the department

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland

• Significant experience in residential conveyancing

• Strong technical knowledge and sound professional judgement

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Ability to manage a busy caseload with a high degree of autonomy

• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

• Experience supervising or supporting junior staff (desirable)
