The Role


The firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property team. The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, working with clients, estate agents, lenders, and colleagues to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
This role is well suited to someone who is keen to take on responsibility, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is motivated by the prospect of progressing into partnership within a well-established practice.
Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available, and the firm offers excellent support staff to ensure caseloads are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing clear, timely updates to clients
  • Supporting and contributing to the growth of the property department

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload with the support of a strong team
  • Ambitious and motivated, with an interest in progressing to partnership
