Our client, a leading Northern Ireland-based technology infrastructure specialist, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their high-performing team in Craigavon (role to cover the island of Ireland)

With a strong recurring revenue base, the company is now expanding its private-sector presence and seeking someone to lead business development initiatives, build lasting client relationships, and drive project and support-contract growth.
The Role:
Lead end-to-end sales of networking, structured cabling, Wi-Fi, and smart-building solutions.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across private and commercial sectors.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and technology partners.
Work closely with the MD and Operations Manager to support business growth and scalability.
About You:
5+ years' experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within networking, connectivity, Wi-Fi, or IT infrastructure.
Proven ability to prospect, consult, and deliver profitable projects and recurring support contracts.
Strong technical understanding of structured cabling, Wi-Fi, and IP-based systems; CCTV and access control experience a plus.
Self-starter mindset, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented, thriving in a small, focused team.
Package:
£55,000-£65,000 DOE + vehicle/allowance + performance bonus
