VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a Belfast-based, design-led commercial interiors specialist delivering high-quality workplace and fit-out projects across Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen their commercial team.

Reporting into the Managing Director, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial interiors professional with strong industry connections to join a progressive business with genuine influence over growth strategy.

The Role:

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, design-led workspace solutions.

This is a client-facing role involving regular engagement with contractors, consultants, and end users across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer facing role with regular clients and prospective clients visits.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across commercial interiors and fit-out
  • Develop and manage key accounts within the construction and workplace sector
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Work closely with internal design and operations teams to support project delivery
  • Contribute to bid strategy, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Support brand presence through industry events and exhibitions
  • Maintain strong market awareness to identify growth opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven business development experience within Commercial Interiors / Fit-Out.
  • Strong network across Construction, contractors, consultants, and other end users in NI.
  • Track record of delivering revenue growth and securing new contracts.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
