About you

  • 3-5 years of pertinent experience in a comparable role within the construction industry.
  • Preferably, the candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Flourishes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in producing high-quality professional documentation.
  • Demonstrates precision and a keen eye for detail.
  • Capable of working independently with initiative, displaying excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Upholds confidentiality at all times.
  • Cultivates robust working relationships with all Company departments, clients, and subcontractors.
  • IT literate with a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and submit all tender documents to meet high standards.
  • Ensure tender submission documents cover all necessary elements as requested by the client.
  • Create presentations, organization charts, data sheets outlining relevant project experience, and project-specific CVs for client presentations and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
  • Maintain an updated reference library for PQQs/tenders.
  • Work closely with the Design Team to incorporate visual aids into submission responses.
  • Provide regular updates on tender progress and quality standards to the Pre-Construction Manager.
  • Utilize feedback from past bid submissions to enhance future bid tenders.
