About the Role


Our client, a global professional services organisation, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their expanding Legal Operations team. This specialist area brings together expertise across law, regulation, technology, data, and project delivery to support clients with a broad range of complex business challenges. Work can range from supporting large-scale contract review projects, assisting with individual negotiations, or managing structured client engagement programmes.


This role is suited to legal professionals with a strong background in commercial contracts who are interested in applying their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities


Day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on client requirements, but typically may include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
  • Applying structured processes and playbooks to contract negotiations
  • Escalating complex matters and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and timely resolutions
  • Reviewing and analysing legal and contractual documentation to identify key issues, risks, and inconsistencies
  • Ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency across all workstreams

About You


We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (gained in-house or within a law firm setting)
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in law
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage tasks independently as well as contribute to a team environment
