Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will report directly to the Global Financial Controller, and will lead the Accounts Payable process from start to finish. You will process supplier invoices, track, and record payments for the UK, ROI and ROW.

What you'll do

• Process invoices
• Manage and Review AP processes from multiple entities
• Perform reconciliations of Corporate Credit card activities
• Resolving vendor invoice and payment queries
• Maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Supporting month-end
• Manage Inter-Company transactions
• Collaborate with Billing teams.
• Monthly tax reports
• Assist with annual financial audits

About you

• Relevant Accounts Payable experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
• Experience with reporting and variance analysis
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
