🔍 What will you do?


As a Senior Accountant / Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the delivery of high-quality accountancy services. This is a client-facing role where you'll be involved in both the preparation and review of statutory accounts, as well as mentoring junior members of the team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of non-audit clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and working papers
  • Overseeing the production of monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Allocating and managing workflow across the team, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Supporting, supervising, and training junior team members
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships

What will you have?

  • Recently qualified (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) or part-qualified with strong experience
  • Background in accountancy practice with recent hands-on experience in accounts preparation
  • Strong knowledge of cloud accounting platforms (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Dext, Hubdoc)
  • Experience using CaseWare or similar accounts production software
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters)
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
