VANRATH are delighted to be representing our valued client, a leading NI manufacturer based in County Tyrone, that now has an opening for a Senior Account Manager on a full-time permanent basis. You will join the company at a time of growth as they continue to expand their customer base across GB and Ireland. Attractive benefits are on offer.
The ideal person:
- Three year's experience in Account Management
- Manufacturing/Engineering background
- Excellent rapport-building and negotiation skills
- Openness to monthly travel to GB
As the Senior Account Manager, duties will include:
- Manage customer experience to order dispatch and aftercare
- Build long-standing relationships with customers with an emphasis on repeat business
- Use initiative to find new methods of and approaches to business development
- Play an important part in tendering processes
- Travel monthly to customer meetings and trade events
