We're partnering with a thriving freight and logistics provider based in Belfast, currently seeking a Sea Freight Coordinator to support their expanding sea freight operations. This full-time position is newly created due to recent business growth - offering a chance to join a forward-thinking team with long-term development potential.

What You'll Be Doing:
As part of the operations team, you'll play a key role in managing the movement and clearance of inbound sea freight, while maintaining top-quality service for a range of customers.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Coordinating the consolidation and arrival of LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments
Communicating with global agents and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Processing customs clearance entries through both UK and Irish systems
Organising container unloading and delivery logistics across Ireland
Providing clear, responsive communication to clients and partners
Supporting the team in identifying process improvements and efficiencies
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or import operations
Familiarity with customs procedures, especially for third-country inbound shipments
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A keen interest in growing your logistics expertise
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
