About you
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a planning, scheduling, or service coordination role
- Experience using scheduling / planning software
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised, methodical, and able to meet deadlines
- Confident working independently while also contributing to a wider team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
What you'll do
- Plan and schedule service and maintenance work for field technicians
- Liaise with customers to arrange site access and confirm appointment times
- Maintain accurate records and system updates to support smooth operational delivery
- Log and assign response maintenance calls in line with agreed SLA / KPI timeframes
- Support technicians with required documentation and back-office coordination
- Communicate with subcontract partners and ensure job details are effectively relayed
- Provide telephone and email-based customer support
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when updating operational systems
