As a Product Support & Sales Administrator, you'll:

  • Be the Expert: Provide top-notch technical support for our pressure washers, water pumps, and generators, including parts and accessories.
  • Connect with Customers: Interact with customers across the UK and Ireland via phone and email.
  • Administration Skills: Processing sales via our CRM software and helping customers out at our sales counter.
  • Solve Problems: Troubleshoot technical issues and offer expert advice.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • Power Product Know-How: Experience with power products, small engines, or electrical machinery is a must.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
