Sales Support Administrator

Job Description


VANRATH have partnered with a World Leading support organisation that has offices all over Ireland. The organisation is looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator.


The successful candidate will work within the company's very modern Antrim office. Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm)


This is a fantastic opportunity for any B2C Sales experienced individual to join a large company that offers many routes for progression.


Salary
£19,500 progressing up to £23,500 (up to 10% OTE bonus)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all after-sales activity including the timely and accurate onboarding of new domestic and commercial customers
  • Collating key sales data and reporting on agreed metrics
  • Keeping database records maintained.
  • Contacting customers through telephone, email and SMS
  • Interacting with the sales team regularly
  • Support in new customer acquisition
  • Sales administration and support
  • Up-selling and cross-selling of products and services where relevant
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships both internally and externally
  • Working as part of a team to achieve performance targets ensuring the company continues to grow as a business



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in working directly with customers on the telephone in a contact centre environment.
  • Experience with commercial and domestic customers.
  • A high level of IT literacy and experience with Microsoft office
  • High level customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to liaise directly with customers and promote the company services.
