Sales Consultant

£25,000 basic + £50,000-£70,000 OTE (uncapped)
Due to continued growth, an established and high-performing sales environment is seeking to appoint an ambitious Sales Consultant to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional, from any sector, to move into a consultative, high-value sales role with significant earning potential and structured training.
The Role
As a key member of the sales team, you will guide customers through the full purchase journey, from initial enquiry to completion. Success in this role comes from a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and match them to the right solution.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve agreed sales targets and performance KPIs
Engage with customers across in-person, phone, and digital channels
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options
Proactively manage and convert enquiries to build a strong sales pipeline
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking
Participate in ongoing training and development
Deliver a professional and high-quality customer experience throughout
About You
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing commercial role (sector not essential)
Background in retail, automotive, B2C, telesales, or consultative sales environments welcomed
Strong communication and rapport-building ability
Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach
Comfortable using IT systems and CRM platforms
Full UK driving licence
