£60,000 - £65,000 + excellent benefits
We are working with a leading international manufacturer to appoint a new Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation offering a strong salary package, benefits, and clear opportunities for progression.
In this role, you will take charge of the internal Sales Management function, leading a team of Sales and Account Executives and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Management of staff and Key Account Management
- Overseeing and coordinating all RFQ activities
- Developing, refining, and delivering the sales & marketing strategy
- Travelling to customer manufacturing sites when required
What we're looking for:
- A degree (or education) in Mechanical Engineering - essential
- Strong track record in sales, account management, or order fulfilment within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
