This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Manager to join a growing organisation with an outstanding reputation for craftsmanship and service. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's sales strategy, building relationships with architects, contractors, and developers, and driving business growth across Northern Ireland and beyond.

The Role

  • Take ownership of the company's sales function, leading strategy development and execution to meet ambitious growth targets.

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers including architects, main contractors, and private clients.

  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to contract negotiation and award.

  • Liaise closely with internal design, estimating, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strategy.

  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record in sales or business development within the construction, joinery, or interiors sector.

  • Strong technical understanding of bespoke joinery processes and products.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

  • Commercially driven with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Confident working independently while collaborating with internal teams.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Full UK driving licence essential.
