VANRATH is pleased to be supporting a respected Northern Ireland fit-out contractor in the appointment of a Sales Manager. The organisation delivers interior and fit-out projects across the UK and continues to experience strong growth within its sector.
This position will be primarily office-based in Belfast, with occasional travel to mainland UK for client meetings and project discussions. It presents an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused individual to join an expanding company with clear long-term prospects.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. Working closely with internal teams, you will support the delivery of projects from initial enquiry through to tender stage and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a business development strategy to support company growth
Generate new business opportunities across the UK market
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners
Deliver sales presentations and introduce services to prospective customers
Work closely with architects, developers, and contractors to understand project needs
Assist with technical input during the tender and bid submission process
Represent the business at industry networking events, conferences, and exhibitions
Ensure all processes align with relevant standards including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and FSC
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the fit-out or interiors sector
Knowledge of construction practices and building regulations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially driven with the ability to identify and secure opportunities
Comfortable presenting to clients and managing stakeholder expectations
