VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established family-run car dealerships. The organisation is recruiting for a Sales Manager position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression. This role required leadership skills, along with the ability to implement an agreed business plan.
Location
Boucher road, Belfast
 Salary
Negotiable basic + OTE earnings + Company Car + Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 30 days holidays.
 Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
 - Motivate and develop staff, help them perform to the best of their ability
 - Develop and agree sales plans and budgets, both for new and existing cars, along with accessories and value added products
 - Build on and maintain the relationship between both the Sales and After Sales journeys while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
 - Adhere to Audit standards and requirements
 - Cover and build a team to include Sales Executives, Sales Controller and Admin to maximise income opportunities and deliver excellent customer service
 - Comply with all FCA guidelines and regulations
 
The Ideal Candidate:
- Passion for the brand and the motor industry
 - 2 years+ experience in a similar role within the motor trade
 - Franchised car dealership experience
 - Ability to coach the team to achieve potential as individuals as a team
 - Full and valid UK driving licence
 - IT literacy (essential)
 - High level of written and verbal communication
 - Proven track record delivering finance and insurance income within the sector
