Job Description

A longstanding client within the Security and Facilities Management sector has been evolving and they are now looking to bring in a Sales Director, the successful candidate will drive sales strategies and teams while being involved in high level sales.

£55,000 - £70,000 + Company Car (Full package negotiable)

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the Northern Ireland
  • Identify and target key accounts, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Possess proven experience in replying to Public Sector tenders and managing Public Sector relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Be a proven manager who can lead and direct junior sales staff.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to execute a strong marketing plan to corporate and customers in Northern Ireland.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large private and public sector clients.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements to existing go to market and customer propositions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company's solutions.
  • Direct a sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Have a proven ability to develop and monetise commercial partnerships.


  • Proven work experience as a Head of Sales / Country Manager/ Sales Director. We are seeking someone with high level sales management skills that is still actively involved in sales.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • In-depth understanding of the market structure and trends would be ideal, but not essential.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field would be ideal.
