Sales Director

Job Description

Our client is in the financial and professional services industry and they have been evolving and they are now looking to bring in a Sales Director, the successful candidate will drive sales strategies and teams while being involved in high level sales.

This is a senior role, you will need director experience to be considered for this role.

Salary
Negotiable basic salary + up to 20% bonus + vehicle
Fantastic benefits package included as well as a hybrid vehicle, parking on site and extra annual leave.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales strategy
  • Driving new business
  • Market Analysis
  • Set and monitor KPIs, as well as reporting/forecasting
  • Develop training programme for new colleagues

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience at director level (2-3 years+ ideal)
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience with CRM software and planning/reporting tools.
  • In-depth understanding of the market structure and trends would be ideal, but not essential.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field would be ideal.
  • Ideally coming with a financial services or professional services background
