As a Product Support & Sales Administrator, you'll:
- Be the Expert: Provide top-notch technical support for our pressure washers, water pumps, and generators, including parts and accessories.
- Connect with Customers: Interact with customers across the UK and Ireland via phone and email.
- Administration Skills: Processing sales via our CRM software and helping customers out at our sales counter.
- Solve Problems: Troubleshoot technical issues and offer expert advice.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.
What We're Looking For:
- Power Product Know-How: Experience with power products, small engines, or electrical machinery is a must.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills are key.
- Problem-Solver: A keen eye for detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
