VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established Commercial Vehicle Dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Sales Administrator position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

Place of work is Dungannon

Salary

£29,000 - £29,500 + Fantastic benefits, performance bonuses, company pension scheme, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Make regular calls to both new and existing clients to maximise the efficiency of a structured delivery schedule.
  • Respond promptly to sales team enquiries regarding part pricing and availability, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
  • Support face-to-face customer interactions for parts sales as needed.
  • Take responsibility for the correct loading of delivery vans, ensuring timely departures and adherence to scheduled routes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers through proactive engagement.
  • Assist with stock control processes to ensure parts inventory is accurate and well-managed.
  • Pick parts from the warehouse when necessary to support order fulfilment.
  • Carry out admin tasks linked to the ordering and supply of parts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support operational flow.
  • Generate regular reports and updates as requested by management.
  • Follow up on any issues raised by the sales team to ensure resolutions are actioned.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties aligned with the scope of the role as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in a sales administration or support role, ideally (motor factor or heavy vehicle industry)
  • Strong working knowledge of heavy vehicle parts is essential for success in this role.
  • Comfortable making confident, informed decisions under pressure and shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker who actively listens and engages constructively.
  • Brings a proactive, adaptable, and systematic mindset to tasks and challenges.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Holds a full and valid UK driving licence.
