VANRATH is delighted to have partnered with a leading manufacturer in the FMCG sector to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their talented team.

This is an Office based role, Monday - Friday.

The Role:

To support the sales team with their figures, data and trends as well as covering pricing and promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Analysis & Reporting

    • Gather, collate, and analyse sales data from customer platforms and the Business Central system, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.

    • Compile and summarise sales trends and performance to deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal reports across departments.

    • Use sales insights to develop and deliver presentations for customer meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Promotional & Pricing Management

    • Manage customer promotional calendars, including preparing proposals and analysing completed promotions to identify trends and effectiveness.

    • Maintain and update customer price lists.

    • Complete monthly market surveys focusing on product, pricing, and promotional activities.

  • Product & Customer Launch Support

    • Support the launch of new products and on-boarding of new customers by coordinating accurate and timely information sharing, both internally and externally.

    • Track and report on the performance of new product and customer launches.

    • Prepare New Line Forms and other required documentation related to product details and pricing for customer submission.

  • Customer & Administrative Support

    • Manage customer sample requests and ensure prompt fulfilment.

    • Assist with the approval process for customer packaging artwork, when necessary.

    • Raise Purchase Order Numbers and monitor sales team expenditure.

    • Support the commercial team with travel arrangements and preparations.

  • Events & Brand Representation

    • Coordinate logistics for trade exhibitions and industry events.

    • Represent the company and its product brands at trade and consumer shows.

Essential:

  • Min. 1 year administrative experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel when required for exhibition or events
  • Driving License
