VANRATH are recruiting a Roofer to work for a leading Building Maintenance contractor, based in Banbridge, Northern Ireland.

Remuneration:
£12 per hour - £12.50 per hour + van / fuel / package

The Ideal Person:

  • Relevant trade qualification - NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Valid CSCS/CSR card
  • Relevant on-site experience in similar role
  • Working knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to demonstrate good teamwork values
  • Full, valid, clean driving license
  • Experience working on Response Maintenance contracts

Responsibilities:

  • Response maintenance as and when required
  • Communicate with management
  • Itemize the work to be carried out in customers' dwellings and premises
  • Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that the organization expects
  • Uphold Data Protection Policies
  • Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required
  • Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business



Health & Safety:

  • Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
  • Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
  • Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
  • Observe & follow all manual handling practices
