Overview of Role:

• Create detailed MEP technical drawings and plans using software such as Revit & AutoCAD
• Have an understanding of building engineering services & associated installation methods
• An ability to understand schematic drawings and create coordinated designs from them
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in coordination
• Collaborate with the wider design team to provide design improvements
• Be proficient in the use of Navisworks

The Ideal Person:

• A minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience of operating MEP design/coordination/modelling in REVIT.
• Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a dedicated team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
• High attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem solving.
• Energetic, punctual, and reliable.
• Ability to use your initiative and be decisive.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate a positive, pro-active can-do attitude.
• A good understanding of workplace health & safety.
• Excellent organisational skills & ability to prioritise own workload
• Be flexible to meet the demands of the business.
