Our client is a newly rebranded company establishing its identity and growing rapidly in the Mechanical, Electrical, Renewables and HVAC markets. We specialise in delivering services across domestic, commercial, public and private sectors across the UK and Ireland.
What you'll do
- Producing in-depth, detailed drawings, designs and documents to meet briefs given by clients
- Working autonomously using your M&E knowledge to problem solve and make decisions on a daily basis
- Ensuring drawings are produced to deadline and alterations are completed in a timely manner
- Collaborating with engineers and internal team members to create clash free models relevant to the design stage
- Responsible for taking projects from concept to completion
- Report to the project leads on modelling and drawing statuses as required
- Developing knowledge of BIM Level 2 Accreditation and what its process involves.
About you
- The ideal candidate will be Degree or HND qualified in a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering discipline
- Minimum three years experience using Autodesk software such as Revit, 2D AutoCAD and Navisworks
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication and team skills
- Previous design experience
- BIM knowledge would be advantageous
