VANRATH are partnering with one of Ireland's leading retail partners, supporting over 1,000 stores, warehouses, and offices, to recruit a Retail Equipment Support (coffee Machine Installation & Operations Coordinator).
Location: Hybrid / Northern Ireland | Salary: Up to £33,000 + 5% Bonus + Company Car
Role Overview
You will join the Operational Support team and take responsibility for the successful rollout and management of automated coffee machines across multiple retail sites. The role includes planning installations, managing assets, supporting stock management, and ensuring operational excellence across stores.
Key Responsibilities
Installation Planning & Operational Support
Coordinate and manage installation of automated coffee machines across stores, working with third-party agencies to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
Maintain detailed asset tracking to monitor location, performance, and status of coffee machines across sites.
Communicate installation schedules, timelines, and requirements to internal teams, agencies, and store managers.
Provide hands-on support in stores during rollout, including re-merchandising, removing old stock, and training staff on new equipment.
Support store refresh plans and new store openings in coordination with the Sales team.
Stock & Ordering
Monitor and manage coffee consumables in stores, ensuring stock levels are accurate and waste is minimised.
Liaise with store personnel regarding automated ordering and day-to-day stock management.
Implement weekly stock-take routines and ensure adherence to best practice in waste management.
Ensure stock management systems and machine configurations are optimised for each store.
Rollout & On-Site Support
Assist the Brand Support Manager and MNI team with sign-ups and agreement coordination.
Provide on-site support for all installations across Northern Ireland.
Manage replenishment of point-of-sale materials and other installation tools.
Conduct audits on Coffee Excellence standards where installations allow.
Complete post-install administration and reporting for asset management.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential:
Full driving licence
1-3 years' experience in equipment planning, project management, or retail operations, ideally within foodservice or coffee sectors
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills for liaising with technical teams and translating data into actionable insights
Desirable:
Experience in a multi-site retail environment or supporting independent retailers
Background in accounts management, sales, or project coordination
Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee equipment, including bean-to-cup machines
Barista experience is a plus
