VANRATH is partnering with one of Ireland's leading employers, presently seeking a Resourcing Partner to join their expanding HR team, on a 12-month ftc basis.
The role will be responsible for the attraction and recruitment of salaried roles and overseeing the recruitment processes for operations roles across North and South of Ireland.

About you
- A track record of delivering high quality results in a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment role in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in direct sourcing talent for roles.
- Experience building talent pipelines.
- People management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
What you'll do
- Leading and executing the recruitment processes for salaried roles.
- Overseeing the recruitment processes for operations roles
- Sourcing top talent, building positive candidate engagement.
- Supporting the Head of Resourcing in preparation for and delivery of Executive updates and financial forecasts/budgets
- Providing exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates through their recruitment journey
- Managing and developing the Recruitment Administrator and Resourcing Specialist
- Producing the relevant recruitment metrics
- Screening potential candidates
- Organising assessments/testing of potential candidate
