Vanrath is partnering with a rapidly expanding broadband provider to recruit Residential Field Sales Executives across Northern Ireland. With a large, established field team already in place, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-earning, high-support sales environment promoting a growing network service to local communities.
This role focuses on face-to-face residential sales within assigned territories, engaging directly with homeowners and introducing them to high-speed connectivity solutions as network coverage expands.

£50,000 OTE (£26,475 base + uncapped monthly commission)

Monday to Friday
Typically 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Peak selling period: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Field-based across assigned local territory

Role Responsibilities
Conduct residential door-to-door sales within designated areas
Introduce broadband services, explaining features and benefits clearly
Build rapport with homeowners and represent the brand professionally
Achieve and exceed territory sales targets
Handle objections confidently and adapt approach to customer needs
Provide local feedback to internal delivery and network teams
Promote awareness as network coverage expands across communities
Ideal Candidate
Experience in field sales, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales roles
Comfortable engaging the public in a residential environment
Resilient, self-motivated, and target driven
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Ambitious with a clear motivation to maximise earnings
Full UK driving licence
High performers in the current team are earning well above base salary.
