You'll play a key role in leading operational excellence, supporting care home teams, and driving continuous improvement across your region, with scope to influence wider business strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support Home Managers across multiple care settings.

  • Oversee service quality, compliance, and performance against key KPIs.

  • Deliver targeted improvement plans focused on care outcomes, staffing, and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders on strategy, service transformation, and innovation projects.

  • Support regulatory readiness and promote best-in-class practice.

  • Step into leadership roles when needed to maintain service stability.

  • Mentor and develop Home Managers and their teams.

  • Act as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders, representing the organisation at a senior level.

What You'll Bring

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with strong clinical and operational background.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a multi-site or regional management role.

  • A proven ability to lead change, support teams, and improve care outcomes.

  • Knowledge of statutory care standards and regulatory frameworks.

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of care home operations.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Desirable: Experience managing budgets and workforce planning.
