£80 - £100k + salary

The Opportunity

VANRATH's core business is built around the ever-expanding Technology sector, of which, we have successfully operated and scaled many of the key IT companies and start ups for the past 20 years.

Due to high market demand, we are keen to appoint a highly ambitious recruiter or consultative sales professional to join our growing IT team. You will be specifically focused on developing and fostering long term relationships within the IT and Software Sales sector.

You will develop a pre-qualified network of technical and technology related sales professionals, ensuring a proactive and speedy response to client hiring needs from Mid to Senior level.

Typical roles will range from one off strategic hire at Country Manager, VP Sales and Sales Manager level, through to recruiting high performing teams of Enterprise Account Executives, Account Managers and Pre-Sales Specialists.

The Ideal Person

  • A strong academic profile
  • 2 - 3 year's Recruitment exp or similar, within a Consultative Sales role.

  • A guaranteed OTE for a period (6 months plus) as you get to grips with the recruitment flow within VANRATH
  • Up to 25% commission on placement fees generated (uncapped)
