VANRATH are delighted to be working with a leading logistics firm based in Ballyclare who are currently recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

Reporting directly into the HR Manager, you will work closely with management and group divisions to provide a comprehensive service for all recruitment needs and requirements.

This is an urgent requirement by my client and can offer an immediate start.

About you

  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages
  • Working towards or willing to work towards CIPD
  • Excellent communication skills

What you'll do

  • Proactively source suitable candidates for active vacancies
  • Co-ordinate drafting of job ads to attract suitable candidates
  • Carefully review applications
  • Communicate effectively with Managers providing regular updates
  • Contact new employees, manage job offers, prepare inductions etc
