An amazing opportunity has just opened up for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our client, a well known local manufacturing company in Ballymena. Due to exponential growth our client wants to expand their team further and requires an eager to learn, driven and proactive Recruitment professional to join the team urgently on an initial 6 - 8 week basis.

The Ideal Person
A minimum of 1 years' experience of working in a recruitment or HR background:

  • Experience of managing high volume recruitment activities
  • Knowledge of computerised HR/clocking systems
  • Ability to articulately and positively promote the company to an external audience
  • Strong planning, organisation and administrative skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
  • Proficient in written and spoken English


Responsibilities
As Operations Recruitment Coordinator, you will:

  • Work with the HR team, regularly review operational recruitment plan to meet short and long term headcount plans
  • Optimise the use of the careers website
  • Process applications and arrange registration appointments with candidates
  • Issue contractual documentation
  • Co-ordinate online inductions
  • Collate exit information
  • Identify and attend relevant recruitment events
