VANRATH are delighted to be assisting with the recruitment of a Recruitment Administrator for a Leading Renewable Energy company, that is in a period of major growth.

This role is Hybrid Working (3 Days in office beside Shaws Bridge + 2 days Working From Home)

This is a Monday - Friday (Permanent) position.

Essential to have existing Recruitment/HR Administrative or Support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the central careers inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely fashion
  • Support the Recruitment Advisor in attracting the best people
  • Placing job adverts in an accurately and timely fashion as directed.
  • Exploring new channels for talent attraction
  • Maintaining, updating and improving databases such as our ATS
  • Involvement in the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Managing and maintaining advertised roles on our sites and other prospective sites
  • Assist in producing HR metrics and analytics for business reports
  • Managing agency candidates and ensuring a good candidate/agency experience
  • Ensuring all systems and databases are up to date
  • Undertake initial candidate screening
  • Arranging interviews and managing busy diaries (liaising with stakeholders within the business etc)
  • Managing candidate experience (coordinating face to face and online interviews and tests)

The Ideal Person

  • Recruitment/HR Admin or Support Experience is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines, juggling competing priorities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
