Job Description

VANRATH are thrilled to be partnering with one of NI's leading Law firms. The firm has a great reputation and places immense value on their staff, and VANRATH are delighted to be helping them recruit a Receptionist on a Permanent basis.

The role will be performed within Monday - Friday (Flexibility on start and finish times). Based in Banbridge.

This firm has a fantastic reputation, and this is a new role in the firm.

Salary

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact
  • Deal with inbound calls and outbound calls to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Assist in managing visitors and providing additional information, where appropriate.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support
  • Scanning bundles of documents
  • Provide assistance for meeting room bookings and catering as required and to liaise with relevant parties to ensure the delivery of a professional service;
  • Maintain safe and clean Reception area
  • Overseeing facilities within the office and reporting to the necessary departments

The Ideal Person

  • Essential - at least 1 years' experience in a Receptionist role or similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
