VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a major client with the Recruitment of a Receptionist to join their dynamic and growing team in their Antrim based Offices.
Salary - £11.00 - £11.50 per hour
Hours - Mon-Fri-08:30-17:00
Other duties will include the following :
- Support the administration team with a variety of office tasks.
- Book travel and accommodation as required by the management team.
- Prepare meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Ensure suitable catering is obtained for lunch meetings etc when required.
- Matching delivery notes and purchase invoices.
- Any other reasonable duties as required.
The Candidate:
- Will show a professional & friendly telephone manner.
- Have a team attitude with good interpersonal communication skills.
- Be able to prioritise and manage own workload, while demonstrating a flexible attitude to work.
- Have proven experience of Microsoft office packages; including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be self-motivated and dependable.
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English & Maths, grade C or above (or equivalent is desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Driving License
- Speak fluent English.
