Receptionist

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting one of NI's leading professional companies with the recruitment of a Receptionist to join their growing team and well respected team in their Newtownabbey / Glengormley office.

This position is a Permanent.

The role will be performed within Monday - Friday. Office is based in Newtownabbey.

Salary

Negotiable Salary dependent on experience + fantastic benefits & much more including salary reviews etc

Responsibilities

You'll be working in a modern, friendly environment as the first point of contact for visitors to our office, and phone callers, so it's essential that you are a people-oriented person, who can reflect our attitude to brilliant client care.

• Dealing with telephone calls and assisting clients
• Receptionist duties
• Maintaining a professional manner
• Keeping the front of house area tidy
• Making sure that visitors are attended to, and assisting our team with admin matters.
• Dealing with outgoing and incoming post.

The Ideal Person

• Experience in a similar Receptionist or Front of House role
• Legal experience preferred but not essential, it is by no means essential, since full training and support will be provided.
• Professionalism, presentation and, enthusiasm for dealing with people
