What you'll do
We're seeking a dynamic Guest Experience & Engagement Manager to shape how guests connect with the property. This role blends service excellence with strategic engagement initiatives to deliver exceptional stays and build lasting loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage small team of Hotel Receptionists
- Develop and execute strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and retention.
- Actively manage guest communications before, during, and after each stay.
- Coordinate loyalty programs and ensure consistent brand standards.
- Lead guest relations initiatives across all departments.
- Respond to feedback and drive improvements through data and insights.
- Represent the brand through elevated service delivery and guest care.
About you
- Proven experience in a guest relations, front office, or hospitality management role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
