As a key member of the Real Estate team, you'll be involved in technically sophisticated and commercially significant transactions, ranging from acquisitions and disposals to leasing, development, and financing matters. With the team continuing to grow, the firm is open to recruiting solicitors at multiple levels - from Newly Qualified through to senior practitioners - offering an excellent platform to advance your career in a market-leading practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act on a wide range of real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and property finance.
  • Advise on complex commercial property transactions, providing clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused legal advice.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, licences, and other property-related documentation.
  • Support clients on due diligence, risk management, and structuring real estate deals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, banking, and finance teams on integrated transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development and the growth of the Real Estate team.

Candidate Requirements


Essential:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or eligible to qualify).
  • Strong interest or experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a solutions-driven approach.


Desirable:

  • Experience in development projects, property finance, or complex leasing arrangements.
  • Exposure to cross-border or multi-jurisdictional real estate transactions.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members (for senior applicants).
