Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.

- Assist with property-related aspects of financing transactions, working alongside banking and finance teams.
- Handle cross-border mandates in collaboration with colleagues in international offices.
- Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth progression.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property documentation such as leases, agreements for lease, and sale contracts.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all property-related matters.
