About you

• The capacity to set priorities, organise, organise, and use initiative to work towards deadlines.
• Strong negotiation abilities and excellent communication skills.
• High level of Commercial awareness.
• Capacity to operate in a hectic office setting.

What you'll do

• Deciding on and designating subcontractors for projects.
• Overseeing the completion of subcontractor packages from appointment to final account.
• Taking the initiative in all client business dealings.
• The submission of every scheme variation and value.
• Delivering monthly cost reports that adhere to project spending plans.
• Establishing a good working relationship with the site teams and contracts managers
• Order to produce high-quality projects.
• Checking measurements.
• Supporting purchasing initiatives and provide assistance with new contract bids.
• Recognising financial concerns.
• Carrying out any additional tasks as assigned.
