VANRATH are working with a fast-growing, modern accountancy practice with a lively, award-winning team. We're looking for a newly qualified or recently qualified accountant to join the accounts department, enjoy variety, and make an impact with real client exposure.
The Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role within a busy accounts department. You'll work directly with SME clients, preparing accounts and supporting compliance and advisory work. The role is flexible, with the option of a four-day week, and plenty of opportunity to grow your skills and career.
What You Will Do
Prepare and review statutory accounts for a variety of clients
Support compliance work including corporation tax and VAT
Work closely with managers and partners on client queries and advisory work
Develop relationships with clients and gain confidence in client meetings
Contribute to a collaborative and fun team environment

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Practice experience with real client contact
Strong attention to detail and deadlines
Confident, proactive, and keen to develop advisory skills
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
