Junior QA Tester

Remote (Ireland/Northern Ireland) - with monthly office attendance in Dublin

We are seeking a Junior QA Tester to join the technology team of a leading Health organisation in Ireland. This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience in software testing who wants to expand their skills across a range of modern Microsoft systems.
The role is predominantly remote, with the flexibility to attend thi office location (Dublin) is most convenient if occasional on-site presence is required.

The Role

You'll support the testing and assurance of new systems and IT deployments, with a focus on Microsoft platforms such as Dynamics 365, Business Central, Windows 11, Office 365, and Exchange Online. You may also be involved in QA for other technology projects, such as new hardware rollouts.

Responsibilities

• 
  Execute test cases for new systems and upgrades.
• 
  Log, track, and retest defects.
• 
  Work with developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver quality outcomes.
• 
  Document results and provide clear feedback.
• 
  Support both software and hardware testing when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 
  At least 2 years' QA/tester experience.
• 
  Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Dynamics 365, Office 365, Windows 11, etc.).
• 
  Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• 
  Clear communicator, comfortable working in a remote setup.
• 
  Organised and able to manage tasks independently.
