About you:
- Previous experience in QA testing, ideally within public sector or education projects
- Sound knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to develop and execute test plans, scripts, and reports
- Good communication skills, with the ability to document issues clearly
- Capable of working independently and managing time effectively
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute manual test cases based on project requirements
- Conduct testing on new software applications and updates, ensuring quality standards are met
- Identify, record, and track defects and issues, providing detailed reports to developers
- Support the testing lifecycle from planning through to validation
- Collaborate with project team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
- Contribute to refining testing processes and documentation for ongoing improvement
