VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Purchasing Administrator for a market leading organisation that has a fantastic reputation. An amazing opportunity in a thriving organisation with opportunities for progression.

This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills.

This is a Monday - Friday position - 37.5 hours per week.

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

Salary

£26,000 per year + fantastic benefits in a modern workplace

Responsibilities:

  • Work on multiple computer systems to action a wide range of tasks including data input.
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders both orally and in writing.
  • Handle complex data with excellent attention to detail.
  • Provide general administrative support where required.
  • Any other duties as required by the Office Manager.

The Ideal Person:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 1 years paid administrative experience in a busy office environment, working to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, manage a range of conflicting priorities and work on own initiative.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Purchasing/Procurement experience.
