VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Leading Security company with the recruitment of a Purchasing Administrator. Fantastic company to work in.

Monday - Friday position. This role will be based in the companies South Belfast - Castlereagh office.

Initially this will be a Temporary contract - with views to be made permanent (High Likelihood of this, will depend on performance). This company is very progression focused.

This is an immediate need for the company, and individuals who are immediately available or have a 1-week notice will be preferred to others.

Salary

£21,000 - £24,000 + Weekly Pay + other additional benefits from a fantastic company

Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    * Liaising with suppliers for stock/quotes

    * Raising purchase orders for stock/equipment needed

    * Managing returns to suppliers

    * Receiving and checking incoming orders

    * Chasing overdue purchase orders

    * Maintaining office stock/engineer car stock

    * Keeping stores clean & tidy and adhering to Health & Safety Regulations

    * General administration duties as and when required

The Ideal Person

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Experience in dealing with Microsoft Office
  • Individual with good energy
  • Good communicator
